Position Summary

 

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is looking for a Sales Office Coordinator who can help support a team of 5 or more, loves helping a business grow and most importantly, is fun! You’ll have the opportunity to assist the Group Sales Team with daily tasks while contributing to the overall team environment and positively impacting our operation as a whole. Successful people in this role will thrive in a non-traditional work environment, can easily and successfully transition from one task to another, have a strong work ethic and understand the importance of their contribution to making the team successful. Reports directly to the Senior Sales & Events Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for tasks to include answering phones, giving site visits in sales manager’s absence, mailing sales packages, maintain and reconcile files, maintaining organization of the storage closet, generating contracts, BEOs, Invoices, commission invoices and other sales related documents for sales manager approva

• Strong time management skills are a must

• Keep Sales Office organized and presentable to all clients

• Make menu cards and other tools needed for events and work with the box office to complete those tasks

• Attend meetings with Sales Manager when needed

• Attend all necessary meetings/trainings

• Responsible for BEO packets for Production meeting and responsible for updating all clipboards in the various departments

• Responsible for all deposits and updating Salesforce along, routing to Finance and sending copies to clients

Requirements

Minimum Position Requirements for candidates:

 

• Minimum 2 years of office administrative duties (restaurant experience a plus)

• Excellent communication skills including answering phones, resetting voice mails, etc

• Ability to deal with difficult clients while maintaining professionalism

• Strong ability to multitask

• Strong organizational and priority setting skills

• Experience in sales tracking software (Salesforce, Delphi fdc experience a plus)

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Outlook

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Flexible schedule to include working nights and Saturdays when needed

• Strong work ethic to include attendance, quality of work and support of colleagues

• Any and all aspects of this job can expand at any time so candidate must be moldable and open to change

• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday
